Gift card Terms and Conditions

Important: Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using our gift cards. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

After purchasing a gift card online, you will receive an email with a redemption code. You must present this email confirmation at our bakery to collect your physical gift card. Physical cards must be collected within 6 months of purchase, or the card value will be lost and cannot be recovered.

Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase or last refill, whichever is more recent. After the expiration date, the card becomes invalid and any remaining balance is forfeited. No extensions or refunds will be provided for expired cards.

Gift cards can be used to purchase any items available at our bakery. If your purchase amount is less than your card balance, the remaining value stays on the card for future use. You may also split payment between your gift card and another payment method if needed. Only one gift card can be used per transaction. When your card balance falls to £3 or less, you must reload the card to continue using it. If you choose not to reload, the card will be retained by our staff and reset for future use.

Damaged Cards: If your physical gift card is damaged but you can bring the damaged card to our bakery, we can issue a replacement card with the remaining balance for a £5 replacement fee. Lost or Stolen Cards: Gift cards are treated like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen cards under any circumstances. Please keep your gift card in a safe place.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. All gift card sales are final.

Existing gift cards can be recharged with additional value, but this service is only available at our bakery location. The minimum refill amount is £10. Refilling your card will reset the expiration date to 12 months from the refill date. Online recharging is not currently available.

To check your gift card balance, you can:

• scan the QR code on the back of your physical card
• visit our bakery and ask our staff to check the balance for you.
• visit https://app.squareup.com/gift/ML6JW6CFX8Z6F/check-balance and enter your gift card number and PIN found on the back of your card

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all gift cards purchased after the modification date.
