Live Dee McQueen Yoga

Join Dee every Tuesday morning for an Energising Yoga Flow.



Dee is a 485 hour trained Yoga and Meditation instructor. She leads private, studio and corporate Yoga classes in the Edinburgh area, as well as hosting Wellbeing events.


For Dee, Yoga is an adventure within the connection between the body and mind, it provides an outlet and a freedom to explore the depths of who we are. She started her self-practice in her early 20’s as a form of movement therapy, and her intention is to hold space for you to dive deeper and discover your own unique journey. Your focus together will be on the power of creating a moving meditation. She teaches to possibility – you will be guided into a space where you can connect to your body, your breath and your mind and see where it can take you.


In this class we will start slow and build the momentum to help you begin your day feeling refreshed and restored. With a strong emphasis on breath and movement connection you will leave these classes feeling better in your body and your mind.


Yoga is a therapeutic practice that is great for unwinding a busy and stressed out mind. It is a preventative practice keeping your body safe from injury and helping you gain strength, flexibility and mobility.




Please bring your own mat & Yoga blocks are recommend too.


Dee’s classes are suitable for anyone who has an open mind and a body that wants to move!
